We decided to come to Hilton Head very last minute so I literally looked for accommodation on the road and Kaitlyn replied right away! The fact that it’s self check in made it a lot easier and we never felt the pressure to arrive at certain time. The place was just as described and matched the pictures as well! We brought our 2 kids under 2 and the place felt safe, clean and with everything we needed to feel extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thanks Kaitlyn!

This well appointed condo was amazing but it was Kaitlyn’s hospitality that took the cake…quite literally! Our daughter had an amazing time celebrating her 14th birthday that kicked off with a pleasant surprise just as we walked through the door; cake and balloons. It was a lovely stay in a part of Hilton Head we had not vacationed before but enjoyed all it had to offer and made wonderful memories at the Luxe Spa!

Booked a very last minute vacation and we were very pleased with our stay! Our host was very attentive and accommodating, the area was very quiet and peaceful compared to the more well known resorts. The beach isn’t swimmable, but is perfect for exploring, we even found horseshoe crabs! All in all, a very pleasant stay and we will be back!

I was very impressed with all the touches that the home had for littles…a stroller, high chair, baby beach chair, pack and play, sound machine and a home without clutter or too much for a crawling baby to get into. I was new to the Hilton head island area and didn’t realize the beach that was close to the condo wasn’t quite like a normal beach. It was beautiful in the evenings at low tied, but we did take a short drive to folly field beach during day. We also enjoyed the pools. We had a great trip!

We were so happy at Kaitlyn’s! She had thought of everything one might need for the beach! It was a perfect place to stay with small children who love to search for things during low tide. Didn’t hear a peep from the neighbors and felt very safe.

Kaitlyn is a great host. We booked last minute and she was super quick to respond. The place is lovely so well decorated and had every amenity we needed, even beach chairs, beach wagon and towels! It’s a quick walk to the beach! The kids loved playing tennis also! We will definitely return if we are ever back in the area! Thank you Kaitlyn for making our trip memorable!!!

My wife and I booked this for a last-minute getaway for our girls' spring break week. We're glad we found it! Great location tucked away into the HHI Spanish Moss, but close enough for everything you need. The A/C went out the first day we were there, but thankfully the host had her handyman and an HVAC company out there first thing the next day. The part that needed replacing was backordered with a 10-day shipping lead time. So, what did Kaitlyn do? She had three HVAC floor units installed ASAP. Very responsive and quick to correct. We're very thankful she acted so quickly. Next time we go to HHI, we'll be staying with her again.

Wow! What can I say about this place? I wish we didn’t have to let everyone else know about how amazing it is because we want it all to ourselves! Kaitlyn has created a proper homestyle stay in a beautiful area away from your general vacation towns and condos. It felt so private and serene, and it was especially relaxing being able to wake up and walk right to a natural, empty, and gorgeous beach. Everything in the unit was spotless; neatly decorated and clean, the beds are SO comfortable, plenty of room and furniture to relax in at the condo, so many amenities and helpful gear for the beach and nearby. Our host Kaitlyn was super communicative, respectful, and straightforward about directions and guidelines here. Would most certainly stay at this location again. What a lovely find. 5 all day!!

This was our first Airbnb stay and our first trip with a toddler, and it could not have been more perfect. The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and 100% relaxing. The condo was perfect. Close to the beach (3-4 minute walk). Very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. There was also spotless bathrooms that were stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as plenty of towels. Also one minute to the indoor pool (with hot tub). There was also plenty of beach/pool gear… floaties, etc as well as tennis equipment to use. Kaitlyn also sent very clear directions on checking in and rules and she checked in periodically during our stay to make sure everything was fine with the condo. Definitely worth the price and I will be staying there when we return!!! Thanks Kaitlyn!!!

Great relaxing get away in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. Enjoyable, relaxing cozy place. Very clean and organized. Nicely decorated. Everything was provided to make you feel right at home including snacks, coffee and tea. Great location! Easy to find and 2-3 minute walking distance to the beach! Quiet area to get away from it all. Kaitlyn was easy to communicate with, quick responses and thorough instructions. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a quick get-away weekend! Very clean, could walk to the private beach area within 5 minutes. Condo had everything-extra fan, wagon for beach, nice beach chairs and towels. She was very responsive and helpful, including local tips. We were celebrating a med school milestone and graduation and she had included extra touches including cupcakes, so thoughtful!

This was one of the nicest airbnbs I stayed in! It is very well appointed and little touches like device charging station make you feel special and cared for. The location is great as it is walkable to a very unique beach, has 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool for the cold days and is very easy to get to anywhere on the island. Kaitlyn is a great host and very helpful.
